Why are nurses paid substantially less than people working for the States in comparable jobs? Surely it's just residual sexism isn't it? Nursing is a graduate career with minimum wage pay.
Arguments about having to "find the money" are surely hollow - just because nurses have been historically underpaid, doesn't make it alright to persist.
